Cheera (Spinach Thoran)



Ingredients:
  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Green chilly 3
  • Shallots 8
  • Mustard
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
Clean the spinach and chop it well. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Then add grated coconut, sliced chilly, shallots, curry leaves and salt. Saute it for few mins and put the chopped spinach into it. Mix it and cook well.
